- Lemon Balm — eases anxious thoughts, helping the mind soften into calm.
- Lavender — fragrant and balancing, encouraging a sense of serenity.
- Passionflower — traditionally used to quiet restlessness and support deeper, steadier sleep.
- Calendula — a golden bloom to comfort the body and invite gentle warmth.
- Rose — softens the blend with a touch of heart-centered calm and floral sweetness.
How to brew: Steep 1–1.5 tbsp in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 10–15 minutes.
Please note that this is a loose-leaf tea that will require a tea ball, bag, or other kind of infuser.
