Refund policy
Everything at Goblin Hill Apothecary is made in small batches with care (and maybe a little goblin mischief). Because our products are meant for personal use, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once they leave the hill — there’s no way for us to know if an item has been opened, and we want every product to be fresh and safe for you.
When Things Go Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo at info@goblinhillapothecary.com, and we’ll set it straight with a replacement or refund.
Final Sale
All sales are considered final (no take-backsies). But don’t worry — if goblins, gremlins, or the postal service make a mess of things, we’ve got your back.
