Shipping policy

We pack up every order from Goblin Hill Apothecary with care (and maybe a little goblin mischief). Here’s how it works:

Processing Time

• Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Each item is handmade, so give us a little extra time during busy seasons.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days (US orders).

Tracking

• You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order heads out the door. If your package takes a detour (goblins again), that number will be your map.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the postal service to do their magic. If your order seems lost or delayed, reach out and we’ll help you investigate.

International Orders

• At this time, Goblin Hill Apothecary only ships within the United States.
