Goblin Hill Apothecary makes every effort to accurately describe our handcrafted, small-batch products, including ingredients, scent profiles, and intended use. Because our products are made in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are inherent to the handmade nature of our goods and do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory limitations. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Goblin Hill Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to initiate a return.

All content on this Site — including product names, descriptions, photography, branding, logos, and copy — is the property of Goblin Hill Apothecary and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goblin Hill Apothecary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Itawamba County, Mississippi.
