- Linden — gentle and calming, supporting relaxation and emotional balance.
- Skullcap — traditionally used to quiet the nervous system and release mental stress.
- Mulberry Leaf — nourishing and subtly sweet, it supports overall wellness.
- Oatstraw — mineral-rich and restorative, promoting calm and gentle strength.
- Violet Leaf — soft and cooling, comforting both body and spirit.
- Lemon Balm — bright yet calming, easing anxious thoughts.
- Lavender — fragrant and balancing, helping the body and mind settle into peaceful rest.
How to brew: Steep 1–1.5 tbsp in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 10–15 minutes.
Please note that this is a loose-leaf tea that will require a tea ball, bag, or other kind of infuser.
